I e-mailed to another user but they haven't received it. What should I do?

If the recipient has not received an e-mail with a .digicash payment file although you've sent it, it is most likely that the e-mail has been sent to an incorrect e-mail address.

In order to check this:
1. Open the App
2. Click on Statement 
3. Select the specific transaction
4. Check whether the e-mail address, to which you have sent is the same as the recipients user ID

If not, 
5. Select 'Cancel'
6. Your coins will be deposited back into your wallet (unless the coins have already been deposited)
7. Resend the payment to the correct e-mail address

If you sent the coins initially to the correct e-mail address, 
5. Select 'Cancel'

a. If unable to cancel, please submit a formal claim via our Support Centre and we will do our best                  to resolve the issue as soon as possible. 
b. If you are able to cancel, your coins will be deposited back into your wallet and you can           reattempt the payment.
