If the recipient has not received an e-mail with a .digicash payment file although you've sent it, it is most likely that the e-mail has been sent to an incorrect e-mail address.
In order to check this
1. Open the digi.cash App
2. Click on Statement
3. Select the specific transaction
4. Check whether the e-mail address, to which you have sent digi.cash is the same as the recipients digi.cash user ID
If the email does not match the recipients correct digi.cash user ID
