Payee Mismatch

I e-mailed to another user but they haven't received it. What should I do?

If the recipient has not received an e-mail with a .digicash payment file although you've sent it, it is most likely that the e-mail has been sent to an incorrect e-mail address.

In order to check this

1. Open the App
2. Click on Statement 
3. Select the specific transaction
4. Check whether the e-mail address, to which you have sent is the same as the recipients user ID

If the email does not match the recipients correct user ID

I received a 'Payee Mismatch Error' - Message. What does this mean?

If you are unable to deposit your coins and receive a 'Payee Mismatch Error'-Message it is most likely that the has been sent to the wrong e-mail address.
In order to be able to deposit the payment, the has to be sent to the e-mail address that is associated with your account. 
If you have multiple e-mail addresses, please inform the payer which one is connected to your account and ask them to resend the payment.
