I've received a .digicash payment file via e-mail, but can't deposit the attachment. What should I do?
Please check whether the .digicash payment file has been sent to the e-mail address that is associated with your digi.cash account.
If not, ask the payer to cancel their payment and resend it to your e-mail address that you use to login to your digi.cash account.
If this is not the issue, please submit a formal claim via the Support Centre and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
