received a notification saying my bank transfer failed. What should I do?

If your bank transfer to digi.cash failed, please double-check that you entered the correct digi.cash BSB and Account number.
If this is the problem, please re-attempt the transfer.
If the entered bank details are accurate, please contact your bank for trouble shooting.
