How do I fix my wallet if my account does not log in correctly?

Occasionally security updates are installed which render old wallet unusable, when this happens uninstall the digicash wallet from your phone and re-install the wallet with same email address login. You will be asked during install if you want other wallets recovered, make sure you recover old wallets, no digicash funds will be lost during this process.

How do I sign up?

Sign up by

  1. Download the App from the App or Google Play Store ​
  2. Open the App
  3. Enter your e-mail address
  4. Receive a confirmation e-mail
  5. Open the confirmation e-mail with your Mail App on your Phone
  6. Confirm your e-mail address
  7. Enter your Australian Mobile Phone number and receive a text message with your code
  8. Enter your 6-digit Verification Code
  9. Enter your Name
  10. Start using your wallet

In which countries is digi.cash available?

digi.cash is available in all countries, except France. 
However, we are working hard on making digi.cash available in the French App Store as well. 
It should be noted that digi.cash is currently only available in the following currencies: AUD, USD and Euro. 

Can I recover my wallet?

Yes, in order to recover your wallet deinstall the App and download it again.
Login with your username and password and select 'Recover my wallet' when prompted.

Note: By performing a recovery, you will be identifying yourself as the originator of all the transactions made by that wallet.
Any comments/descriptions that you entered will be lost.

What happens if I lose my phone?

  1. Get a replacement phone
  2. Install the digi.cash App
  3. Login with your username and password
  4. When prompted, tick the 'Recover my wallet'-Function to retrieve your cash
